Skyline Funding is a consulting, advisory, and funding placement company. We do not lend money, issue credit, underwrite loans, or make lending decisions.

All approvals, rates, terms, and funding decisions are made solely by independent third-party lenders, investors, and financial institutions.

No Guarantee of Funding

While we work diligently to identify and pursue funding opportunities for our clients, funding is never guaranteed. Approval decisions depend on numerous factors, including creditworthiness, business performance, underwriting criteria, and lender requirements.

Consulting Fees

Skyline Funding charges consulting fees for services including application preparation, lender matching, underwriting assistance, strategic planning, and funding placement activities.

Refund Policy

Consulting fees may be refunded only if a written request is received within three (3) business days from the date of payment.

After three (3) business days, consulting fees are considered fully earned and become non-refundable.
